回复：H1用了AP回国后再回美还是H1吗？

老公主申请人，现在要交485了，我们都是H1， 因害怕485悲剧，所以想接着用H1,但又想用AP回国，这样就不用签证了。问题是回国后回来还是H1吗？

-After you used AP, your status is parolee for one year and then, AOS, but you still can work without using EAD. You can reinstate your H1 status any time by doing H1 extension or transfer even if your I-485 is denied. So, it is very safe for H1 holder to use AP.

 

看了皮老师的讲座，好像不是很确定的样子。
