My hu*****and (H1B, PERM, EB2, I-140 approved) filed his I-485 with receipt. I (F1) am going to file my I-485. Would you please let me know the list of supporting documents for my I-485?


-Copies of your passport (information pages incuding visa page), your marriage certificate, your spouse's I-485 receipt, your birth certificate, I-20 and I-94 since your last entry. Others: photos, fee, I-485, I-325A, I-693 (physical exam report from Dr.).
