140 早就已经披了，是否意味我的485 上交 180天以后，有没有雇主都不会影响最终的485审批？待业在家也可以吗？

-If you are the primary applicant (beneficial of the I-140), you need to have a job or job offer if USCIS send you RFE for your employment status. Otherwise, your I-485 will be denied no matter how long it is pending. Of course, if you do not receive USCIS RFE, you will be OK.

If you are the dependent for your I-485, that will be fine no matter whether you have a job or not.
