急问8老师和皮匠老师:

我这次可以交485是因为我LD的EB2的排期到了.我自己的EB3 排期还遥遥无期.我们的CASE是被送到了Nebraska.

但是我今天收到我的I485 的Receipt却发现上面的Priority date和Preference Classification还是用的我的EB3 信息,是不是错了?如果错了我该怎么做

-It is fine because USCIS will find it when they process both of your and your spouse I-485s. Also they have accepted your I-485 (issued receipt) and that means they know your I-485 was filed as your spouse's derivative status.
