可不可以再file或打官司、给senitor写信等等。因为按理说，我的H1没有问题，她们的H4是随着H1的，应该是合法的，又不是偷渡进来的、要是知道办又不是不能办下来；只是不知道偶然犯的小错，就让人家家都散了。到那一步找律师打官司，有没有这么做的并成功地呢。谢谢8老师。
