我妈几年前独自来探亲时我帮她申请了绿卡。

今年我爸想过来探亲（我爸已经有十年没来美国了）。

请问这种情况下

1）还是由我发出邀请，让爸爸去申请探亲签证过来好呢？

-You are better because you have financial ability to support his travel.

2）还是，以我妈的名义申请我爸好呢？

3）有人说，因为我妈是当年探亲期间申请的绿卡，所以我爸会拿不到B1/B2的visa，真的吗？

-Your father needs to show his connection to China to avoid immigration inetnt such as house/property owner, etc. Because your mother is a green card holder and this may be negative to your father's B2 application, but just try and you never know.
