请教各位老师，递交I-485时中国护照已过期，可以吗？


-You may just file I-485 by providing the copy of this expired passport and also provide the copy of your driver license (front and back). Then, renew your passort and if USCIS send you RFE for the new passport, just provide it for the RFE. If no RFE, that is fine.
