我是０７／２７／２００７的I－１４０和I－４８５。但到现在没收到绿卡。跟USCIS联系多次，他们总说正在审理，需要３０－９０天的时间。我女儿是１１／０１／２０１１交的I－４８５，已经在１１／３０／２０１１打过指纹。现在单位帮忙申请的EB１B I－１４０已经批准。我的问题是要求单位律师做RELINK呢还是重新递交两个I－４８５？ - Neither will help you in any way. Your problem is I-485 itself. I-485 transferring will do you good when underlying I-140 is not current, which is not your case. (I-485 Transfer)
