请问8老师，准备file 485了， 如果现在的工资少于要求的工资， 485批了后， 雇主一定要按要求的工资付满一年吗？有这个要求吗？

 

如果file 485 前达到了要求的工资， 485批后， 也有同样的要求吗？

-Technically, yes. But depends on you and your employer. No matter what salary you get does not affect your approved green card anymore.
