-Don't know and hard to say.

2、能自己主动提前去打指纹吗?比如递交一个月后。

-No. Have to get the biometrics appointment from USCIS to do it.

3、H4需要无犯罪公证吗?

-Not need it.

最后，8老师说7月中返回＂fine＂意思是完全没问题吗?

-Yes as long as the primary I-485 is not approved (H1 is valid). Otherwise, need to get the AP.
