我和儿子(15岁)绿卡都快满5年, 准备递交N-400表格, 先生还差一年绿卡才满5年. 请教:

1. 我和我儿子可以同时递交N-400吗? 还是我先递交, 等批准后再给他递交N-600?

-Your child can not file N-400 because he is < 18 years. After you get the US citizen, he automatically becomes a US citizen. He can file N-600 to get the US citizenship certificate after you get the US citizenship or file the N-600 concurrently with your N-400 filing. 

2. 我先生还不满5年, 他可以和我同时递交N-400吗?

-He need to file another N-400 independently when he got the green card for 4 years plus 9 months or later.

还是说他自己明年再单独递交N-400? 

3. 目前N-400大概要多久能批准?

-Several months, case by case.

入籍考试是批准前还是批准后考? 

-USCIS will inform you after you file N-400, so just wait.
