我的I485还没有file呢， 在准备I485过程中， 发现了这个问题。

是否应该先把I485 file上去， 然后纠正status问题？

-No. If you don't want to have status gap for the I-485, you have to get the H4 visa to come back before you file I-485. Otherwise, just file I-485 and justify it using the 245() benefits if you get the RFE later. dicuss it with your lawyer about the 245(k) benefits when you file I-485 in this case.
