-No law limits it.

刚刚打电话去USCIS问，他们说 interview officer 决定子女是否可以。

-Because it is not convenient for you to ask your friend to go with you, you may talk to the office to let you be the interpreter (expalin to him/her and find some excuses) and I think that will work becuase no lay limit it, anyway.
