刚接到移民体检医生电话，说接种水痘疫苗必须等第2针完事后才给体检结果（4周后，1月末），在国内已接种有记录，但抽血化验没有抗体，医生说必须打，医生说的对吗？

等4周后近1月末怕过了排期，主申请人体检完事，我们是等还是先递，不知怎办，请老师给建议。

-主申请人 can file his/her I-485 first now and then, after getting the I-485 filing receipt, the dependents can file their I-485s later. If the dependents file their I-485 together with the 主申请人 now, but do not provide the physical exam report (I-693), USCIS will send you RFE later for this document.
