Now I have a question/concern. My previous lawyer (who e-filed my NIW 140) did not
fill anything in the NIW 140 Form Part 6 (Proposed Employment, including Job Title, SOC code, job descriptions, etc.) at all. Now I am kinda worried whether this might cause problem on my 485 application, as there was no
"Proposed Employment" (140 Part 6) info at all in my e-filed NIW 140.
Maybe "Proposed Employment" is not required for NIW 140?
-This employment information should be filled in Part 6, but if your NIW I-140 has been approved, it does not matter because the lawyer should have indicated this infformation in Form ETA-750 B for the NIW I-140 filing.
