因为父母一向由妹妹照顾，在等待排期的10年中，父母的身体可能会越来越差，而我工作比较忙，可能分不出心来照顾。

 

妹妹的第二外语是日语，一直在日企工作。英语口语比较差，在国内取得F1的可能性太小了。实在是很为难。

-She can change B2 to F1 within US, but she had better not leave US after you file I-130 and it seems very difficult to her. Also, it is hard for her to study as an F1 student due to her poor English. If she is still single and can marry a US citizen or a Chinese with H1 status, that will be great.
