I-485, Part 5, Applicant's Statement: either of two options is not applicable for kids (my son is nine years old). You told us we should put kids' name in "Applicant" and sign it with kids' name plus parenets' name.

Should I put my name in "interpreter"?

-No, leave it blank. But put your name and your signature in "Part 6 Signature of Person Preparing Form". 

Eventually, he can't understand fully the forms in English or in Chinese.

-It does not matter. Because you are the guardian of your child, you represent your child in this case (you = your child).

 Which option is chose: either " I can read....." or "each and every.......", as said, either of them is not good for kids
