我排期当前，４８５　０７年交了　老公在中国，　有Ｂ２，　律师说回来交４８５和ＡＰ后，可以回中国，打指纹时再回来。这样行吗？

-Yes, but he has to wait for the AP approval before he leaves for China which may take 2 to 3 months after filing I-485.

难处:在中国工作，等到打完指纹再走不好交待。养家糊口不容易啊。愁死了。肯请老师网友们拿个主意。

-Another choice is that you file I-824 for him to apply for the immigration visa (green card visa) in China using consulate processing, not filing I-485 in US. This process normally takes about one year.
