我的PD 1月份就到了， 但老婆目前不在美国。

因为一些私事， 短期也难回来。

想问一下关于485 filing的问题

1.) 我们是否可以分别file, 就是我先file, 然后等她回来再file.

-Yes.

2.) 如果1.)可以， 最迟时候， 我老婆必须file I485

-No time limit as long as your PD is still current.

3.)  是否file I-485的时候， 一定要求她在美国？

-Yes. If she will use H4 visa to come back, she need to return to US before your I-485 is approved.

     是否可以把我和她的I485和AP一起提交上去，

-No.

     然后她再用AP过来？
