我的140被REF,是之前工作公司A的employment letter 不够具体。我之前的公司A被另一个公司B吞并了。我找了我之前的老板，他在B公司。我的律师说要他写个employment letter用公司B的信头。可是我之前的老板说，用公司B的信头需要公司的授权，可能不好弄到。

-Do you mean the RFE if for your I-140 amendment from Company B? If so, ask Human Resources Of Company B to issue the letter in the letterhead addressing the Compoany is the successor-in-interest of your I-140.

请问就用plain letter打印，会有很大影响吗？

-Plain paper may not work. Discuss this with your lawyer carefully.
