请问一下，eb2 perm 140被ref了，140提交到ref通知花了8个月。现在由于拿到另外一个公司的offer,想等这个140批了后再走，希望尽快批。140提交的时候没有PP.现在ref提交要不要PP?

-You can not do teh PP and response to the RFE at the same time.

不知道一般的Ref批的快不快？

-Case by case. Some may be approved in several days after you respond to the RFE, but some may take a couple of months.
