我目前人在中国，准备过两天回美国。11月初回国前收到绿卡批准信件，但一直没有收到绿卡，当时没有在意，11月中旬就直接回国了。当时认为反正我目前还有有效的AP，
但今天工作单位说，绿卡被批准后就不能用AP入境，否则绿卡可能被取消。
-Not true! Only immigration court/judge can cancel your green car unless you had fraud in the green card application. It is fine for you to use AP to reenter US. Just tell the CBP officer at the port of entry that your I-485 was approved during your travel in China, then he/she will let you in and he/she may ask you to do deferred inspection at the local CBP Deferred Inspections Office. Not big deal, anyway.
