我女儿出生在中国，有卫生部颁发的出生证，是中英双语的，但是名字没有翻译成英语，请问这样的Birth Certificate 能报485吗？

-Yes. But you need to translate you child's name into English (PingYin). May just write a note in the photocoy of the birth certificate.
