8老师， 加拿大公民申请绿卡， 排期快到了， 准备递485，我是主申请H1B身份，老公是TN,孩子是TD身份。 我们都有必要申请EAD和AP吗？

-You do not need any, but your spouse and child need AP (not need EAD).
