在I-765表中，问题11：Have you ever before applied for empoyment authorization from USCIS?

我以前申请过OPT，这算不算empoyment authorization？

-The copy of the EAD.

H1B算不算 empoyment authorization

-Yes, it is not for I-765 filing question and not need to say it in the I-765.
