我有H1B，孩子是随我的H4念书。我刚递交485申请，考虑到485被拒的可能性而影响孩子，打算等485批准后马上递孩子的485。问题是：

1.       如果我的485批准后，我不再是H1B, 孩子也失去H4，孩子该以何合法身份递485申请？

-If your child does not want to file I-485 now, he/she had better change the H4 to F1. Then, he/she can file his/her I-485 any time later even if after you get your green card. By the way, your child has to file I-485 before he/she turns 21 (CSPA age).

 

2.       有没有其他可行的办法？
