maple card pick up

i applied maple card this august and later was informed by CIC that it would be ready by november 15...is it possible for me to pick up my maple card after november 15..i mean any day after 11/15/03 without rescheduling my appointment w/ them? any of ur previous experience will be helpful to me...many thanks!!!
