TOEFL and GRE are NOT acceptable documents to prove your English ability.

If you score is sufficient without FULL score of Language, probable a letter explainning your English ability is enough, if you need a sample of this letter, I can provide with a minimun charge.

But if you score is fully relying on the full score of language, you better take the test. Once you take the test, you will know exactly how much score you can get.
Otherwise, the language score will be given by the judgement of immigration officer based on your explainning letter.
