我是公民在帮我父母申请green card，我的工资很低，需要我太太填写I864，但是我太太是green card，不是美国公民。这种情况下，她能填I864表吗？

-Your wife only needs to file I-864A together with your I-864 no matter whether she is a green card holder, US citizen or non-green card holder.
