当时忘了延期,过了deadline才延的,旧797的有效日期到12/14/2010, 新的797上有效期从02/28/2011才开始,这样会不会有麻烦?

If so, only need to provide the copy of the I-797B, not need to provide the I-797A (for old H1). Also, only need to provide the copy of the I-94 since your last entry (you got at the port of entry).
