我老公估计没时间在美国签J1或者H1，因为工资审核的结果到现在都没拿到，如果在元月初拿到的话，他们学校估计还可以帮忙递交申请，不然就只能回国签证了，因为他元月中旬OPT到期，

想请教我老公在OPT的grace period能转身份吗？
