估计我老公需要元月份回国签J1或者H1，他的opt明年元月中旬到期，我目前是F2身份，我有个女儿在这里上小学，女儿美国出生，为了不耽误她上学，考虑OPT有60天grace period，我能在老公 opt到期，老公离开美国后继续持F2合法呆在美国陪女儿上学吗，

-The problem is that after your spouse get the J1 or H1 visa to enter US, your status is invalid and can not change your status to J2 or H4 within US. So, he had better change his status to J1 or H1 within US and at the same time, you change your status to J2 or H1 with him.

或者我需要在老公opt结束前申请转B2签证，

-Doable, but it is hard to say you can get your B2 approval.

这样继续合法待在美国，等老公签证过来后，我再回国签H4或者J2。

-You can leave US without change your status to B2 immedaitely after your spouse enters US using J1 or H1 visa.

另外一个方法，就是叫我妈妈在中兴办理B2签证（她离开美国还不到一年），让她尽快来美国，她持B2签证来美国陪我女儿，我和我老公回国签证，

我们都走了，我妈妈持B2能呆着美国吗，对她有影响吗。

我们OPT明年元月份过期，我妈妈能在中兴拿到签证吗，她能通过美国海关吗。
