朋友J2时有工卡为一美国公司打工。后随她先生转成H4，但公司没问，所以继续工作至今共四年。有W2表。她先生的140 已经批了。请问将来递485是不是没有批的希望了？

有没有好的解决办法？

-She may go outside US (e.g. China or Canada) to get the H4 visa to come back to clear this record.

她先生先递485获得绿卡后再帮她申请可以吗？

-No way unless her spouse becomes a US citizen.

如果她回国，重新以H4身份入境是否会抹掉非法打工的不良记录？

-Yes.

或者如果她在美国境内转成F1，递交485是否就没有问题了？

-Not work.
