回复：护照必须有效期超过6个月的问题

绿卡排期到了，12年1月可以寄出485申请。护照2012年11月到期，所以应该是满足“护照有效期超过6个月”的要求。

但是我可能会在12年6月初用Advance Parole 回国一趟（因为绿卡可能还要等到7，8月份才会有），因为回国也必须“护照有效期超过6个月”，这样我就需要在4月份去换发新的护照。

我的问题是：现在和485同时递交的advance parole申请都是用旧护照，到时候回国使用新护照和advance parole，没有问题吧？

是不是出入海关时新护照和注销的旧护照都随身携带就没问题了？
