There are problem in the way PD for EB3 was determined - there annual quota for EB3 China should be around 2800, so every month there should be around 280 EB3 China be approved, right? therefore, the current PD is moving way too slow, because it looks like only 10 are being approved every month? That's the point. Any expert can provide some insight here, why EB3 China's PD is moving so slowly? as if the visa numbers for EB3 China are being wasted???
