我先生和女儿在11年入美时持F1 签证。现持H4签证。他们从没回过国。他们有三个I-94号 (one is related to F1，and the other two are related to H4)我应填哪个I-94号?最早的I-94号，还是最新的I-94号? Thanks!

2. 我的 OPT (EAD) 卡上名字拼错了。When I received the Receipt Notice of my application a few years ago，I found that mistake right away. Then the International Student Office of my school and I had contacted the immigration department. However, we found that 移民局还是没改。Immediately, I called them to ask whether this mistake would impact my future Green Card application, they said "No." Could also advice this?

-Fine. Just provide the copy of the EAD and that is all. Also provide the copies of all the I-20s.
