Wife got her GC on 12/09/2011 with PD on 07/31/2007. We got marrierd in 2009 and filed my 485 as dependent on 11/05/2011. I haven't got EAD/AP yet, and not yet done finger printing. I am working in the same company with my wife in US.
Questions:
1) If I quit my current job, or got lay-off, can I live in US legally?
2) Since my 485 is employment based (on my wife's work, even though she got her GC already), if my wife loses her job will my pending 485 be invalidated? If both me and my wife leave the current company, can the current company hold my EAD/AP and not give them to me?
3) If 2) is true, can I still file family based 485 using my wife's PD, note she already got her GC.
