谢谢巴老师，不是perm，就是H1申请，sorry，其实我也不懂perm是什么，

我现在是opt，要转到H1。2010年前，这里的本专业博士后都能拿到H1，现在不行，其他专业的博士后现在还是可以拿到H1，他们最后拿到劳工部的都是level 1 wage，我们都是level 3 wage。

研究机构负责申请的人态度很差，就是老板都问不出来，他们一口咬定是劳工部规定的level 3 wage，但是看劳工部的文件，明显我是符合level 1，其他专业的博士后都是level 1，他们都能拿到H1.这次我们是在上报前，他们通知我给我报的level 3，我们才知道这个情况，老板赶紧的要求改成level 1.

-For the H1 petition, you just need to find the prevail wage determination (PWD) in one minute from the website: www.flcdatacenter.com, and then file LCA online immediately. You do not need to apply for the PWD to DOL by mail because that will waste your time. If you have sent it out, just ignore it and then, get the PWD online  and file LCA online as I suggest here. The level 1 is OK for you as long as the job code matches your title and duties.
