没想排期下月就应到了.可是公司今年被收购后部门整合,在收购的大公司部门和工作都换了.公司前两月说会file新的140,可因为合并事情多吧,到现在还没开始办.

没有新的140是不是当前的排期就作废了.另外即使不作废,但新的140几月后下来,公司名字是现在大公司的,部门和工作都跟以前的不一样是不是也没用,只有等新一轮的排期了.

 也有朋友说可以在要求公司递新的140时一并交485,(因为旧的140排期到了)这样可能吗?
