am I eligible to submit I485.

-Yes. I-485 filing has nothing to do with the H1 petition. Just provide the copy of the H1 petition receipt with the I-485 filing to provide your legal presence.

If not, do I need to apply for premium processing my H1B renewal application? How long it will take for the renewal process?
