帮朋友问一下，朋友在国内上文学城有困难。朋友的绿卡明年6月到期，先在可以在网上提交表格了。朋友想了解一下，表格提交以后，在纽约，新泽西地区大约多久去面试或者按指纹？朋友想避开1月地到2月地来美国。

又担心2月地递交表格又太迟了。
