-As we discussed above, the L-2 I-94 duration to 6/2013 is a mistake, and thus techincally it is invalid. so, you do not want to be risky to take advantage of this mistake. Otherwise, if some day USCIS find this problem, your dependents may have status problem. Although I am not sure whether it will happen, you had better avoid any potential issue.
