我的L-1在2012年9月到期，明年会回去办延期；我老婆和孩子的L-2的VISA是在11/2011到期，i-94在6/2013年到期，

-How did your wife and kid can get their L-2 I-94 duration longer than your L-1 I-94 duration? It seems a mistake, so technically, their L-2 I-94 should be the same duration as yours (2012年9月到期).

我老婆的L-2申请的工卡在09/2012到期，和我的L-1一样；现在准备明年初我一个回去延期我的L-1，请问我老婆和孩子的I-94需要怎么延？

-If you use a new L-1 visa to enter US before 2012年9月 and get the new i-94 with a new duration, your wife and kid need to file I-539 to extend their L-2 status within US after you enter US. Or they can go to China together with you or later to get the L-2 visa to come back to get the new I-94.

EAD又怎么办呢？

-It is illevevant to their status. Just renew the EAD if she wants to work.

她们需要出境回国的领事馆办吗？
