回复：RFE时PP可行吗？

请问P老师或8老师，non-PP I-140被RFE， 准备回复RFE时PP，是否可以同时进行？

-Don't think it is good idea to request pp together with the response to the RFE bcause it may confuse USCIS. You had better request pp some time time later (e.g 3 to 4 weeks) after USCIS receive your response to the RFE. Or you may not need pp if the I-140 has been pending for a longer time. Sometimes USCIS may make the decision in a couple of weeks after they receive your response to RFE.
