B-2签证在美国转身份的问题，谢谢8大师p大师和各位

I have gotten B-2 visa, and plan to come to USA and marry a us citizen. My questions are:

1. Are there any problem if I apply to change my status here, since I say I have no girlfrend when I was interviewed for B-2 visa. We plan to get married within one month after I arrive here.

2. If I do able to change my status here, can I go to China and come back while I wait for status change.

3. Do I have to go to Guanghou for my status change.
