1）如果EB1-140和485悲剧了，那么EB2当前的时候，我重新递一次485，是不是背景审查这一步会比从来没 file EB1-140和485 的情况要快一些？大概能快多久？

2）我考虑这些问题，是因为我的工作很可能等不到EB2-485递交180天，就得结束。所以现在在想办法，看能不能通过交EB1-140来先把485交上。不知道，这方面，你有什么办法和建议吗？

-Unless your qualifications are strong enough for EB1, I don't suggest you to waste your money and energy to try EB1. What you think has been considered by many people and if it worked, hundreds of people would have tried it. Just find a new job and file another I-140 (PERM or NIW) to use the old prority date if you lose current job. Nothing worried if you can have a job.
