如果我在当前的单位已工作超过三年。 现在单位愿意帮我办GC EB２。 律师说打广告的新职位要与我当前做的职位不一样。

-Had better not the same if your current position is not required Master's degree or not required Bachelor degree plus 5 year experience. It is easy to use another title.

 我在当前的单位取得经验也不能算。 是这样吗？

-Correct. Unless you have Master's degree, otherwise, you may not be qualified for EB2 due to lack of working experience from another employer.
