1) 我们夫妻同时递的申请, 会同时收到指纹通知书吗?

-Most likely, no.

2) 我们有二个小孩子(8 和 10 岁), 他们也要做指纹吗?

-Yes. They still need to do the biometrics for the green card production, not for backgroud check, even if they do not need to pay the biometrics fee.
