F1和绿卡同时能存在吗？

如果我妹F1在美，我公民后给她申请绿卡，会影响她F1身份吗？是否自动失效？如果转学校，还能拿到新的F1吗？回国返签一定被拒？老公探亲也一定被拒吧？因为我妹已经申请绿卡，对吗？ 请大师指教。
