租户刚得一罚款，会影响我的移民吗

出租屋房客刚得一个罚款，由于我是房主，罚款是直接寄给我的。明天要用PM谈此事。
罚款原因是房客存有non permit oil/chemical
因为现罚单是我名字，会影响我移民吗？先谢了
